Finance and Payroll Accountant 60–80% (m/f) Who are we? We are a modern printing and media center. Our business areas include the complete production of various print media, local and association newspapers, as well as digital and cross-media services. Your tasks You are primarily responsible for both finance and payroll accounting. Your tasks include accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, dunning and collection processes, and all work for quarterly and annual financial statements. Additionally, you are responsible for VAT returns and are the first point of contact for tax and insurance questions. Furthermore, you manage personnel administration, prepare payroll accounts, and actively support the management in administrative tasks. Your qualification We expect completed training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent qualification. Preferably with experience in finance and accounting as well as in payroll accounting. Further training as a personnel clerk or equivalent would be desirable, but is not mandatory. You are well-versed in MS-Office as well as Infoniqa One50 and, ideally, possess knowledge of the payment software Mammut. You also possess very good German skills in speaking and writing.
