Activity rate: 80% Type of contract: CDI Date of engagement: 1st September 2026 or to be agreed Class: 13 or 15 according to the salary scale of the State of Geneva Application deadline: 24 July 2026 Bachelor's degree in social work (HETS), Social Educator Diploma ES or University Bachelor's degree in a related field (in the latter case, one year of full-time professional practice in a boarding school or IGE is required) Foreign diplomas: formal recognition by SEFRI required (final decision) CAS Practitioner-trainer (PF), an asset Confirmed experience in accompanying children aged 0 to 5 Solid knowledge of young child development and specific needs Good knowledge of the Geneva social and medico-social network Initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to various situations, contexts, and audiences Good writing skills in French. The Official Youth Foundation (FOJ) pursues the objective of promoting the psycho-social development of children, adolescents, and young people in difficulty, in collaboration with parents and partner institutions. Linked by a service contract with the State of Geneva, the FOJ is part of the protection and defense of the child's interests. At the service of families in the canton, it works through four main fields of action: child aid, emergency reception, family support, and preparation for autonomy. To fulfill its mission, the institution manages 47 structures spread across the Canton of Geneva and has 500 reception places for minors and young adults and offers ambulatory educational services at home.
