For a placement at an internationally leading company from the Life Sciences sector located in Basel, we are looking for an engaged personality as per the beginning of September 2026 as Are you a service-oriented personality with a professional appearance who maintains an overview at all times, even in an international environment? Then a varied task with a lot of customer contact and responsibility awaits you. Receptionist 100% (fixed-term until approximately June/July 2027) # Your tasks • Responsibility for the entire access control management including access control system, badge management, key management and parking administration • Implementation of entry and exit controls • Creation and management of visitor badges as well as registration of tradespeople and external service providers • Friendly and professional reception of visitors, VIP guests and registered groups • Support with Facility Management projects as well as participation in the optimization of processes and workflows What you bring with you • Completed commercial training or training in the hotel or gastronomy sector with corresponding commercial experience • German at native speaker level as well as good English skills in speaking (at least level B2) • Good user knowledge of MS Office programs • Experience in direct customer contact as well as strong intercultural competence • High service orientation, communicative appearance and enjoyment in dealing with people • Well-groomed appearance as well as excellent manners   What you can look forward to • Exciting assignment at an internationally renowned Life Sciences company • Responsible and varied activity with daily customer contact • Modern and professional working environment • Fixed-term employment with a duration of use until approximately June or July 2027 Interested?
