Your main tasks • Warehouse location – management of the entire picking warehouse and buffer warehouse • Warehouse optimization according to ABC analysis • Carrying out inventories: preparation and follow-up control • Control functions regarding expiry, recalls and other lists • Ensuring and spot checks of "FIFO/FEFO" compliance • Regular checks for irregular difference postings • Warehouse location allocation according to quality assurance aspects • Master data maintenance in ERP and EWM • Creation of new articles for AVI clients • Storing new goods according to ABC (fast, medium, slow movers) • Posting in and out of new or old goods • Expiry control / monthly • Batch recalls • Inventory control (U+C) lists • Consumption controls: if necessary, warehouse clearance • Batch recalls: returning goods to the supplier • Internal transfer: various corrections • Posting out defective goods • Orderliness control: regularly checking goods for orderliness • Communication via email and telephone: processing incoming emails and telephone calls • Searching for potentially incorrectly posted and/or incorrectly stored goods • Kanban system: inserting new goods/articles Your profile • Independent, precise and expeditious way of working • Completed logistics training or experience in goods receipt • Experience in the warehouse area • Good eyesight • Flawless criminal record extract
