To complement our team, we are looking for motivated reinforcement. This is what you can achieve. In this function, you will ensure the operational network management of vbl. To do this, you will coordinate and manage construction sites in the vbl network and ensure a smooth and safe operational process. You are responsible for cross-departmental communication on construction projects, diversions and other operational changes. In doing so, you ensure that information is communicated to employees and customers in a timely and targeted manner. You lead and coordinate projects in the area of network management and infrastructure, agree with internal and external stakeholders and ensure the timely implementation of the agreed measures. You represent the interests of vbl in infrastructure and development projects vis-\-à-vis authorities, builders and other partners. As part of the strategic network development, you bring in operational and strategic requirements at an early stage and support the sustainable development of the route network and a high-performance public transport system. In close cooperation with our teams Operations, Planning and Overhead Line, you organize stop relocations, the renovation and expansion of stops as well as the safe execution of journeys in the construction site area. This is what you bring. You have a completed vocational training, a higher vocational training or a university degree (FH/University), ideally supplemented by further training or specialization in the commercial or technical field. Your many years of experience in the transport or construction sector (e.g. public transport, civil engineering, infrastructure or plant construction) form an important basis for this function. With your communication and assertiveness skills, you win over stakeholders, convincingly represent vbl and negotiate in a targeted manner in the internal and public environment. You have experience in project management and ideally also have further training in project management. In projects with various stakeholders, you move safely, develop solutions and implement them successfully. You communicate confidently in German and have very good IT skills. Even in complex and demanding situations, you act in a structured, independent and reliable manner and maintain a collegial, team-oriented approach. This is what characterizes us.
