In order to strengthen our existing teams, in various structures in Geneva and Vaud (La Côte), we are looking for Assistants in Community Nursing and Care Assistant in Community Nursing and Care ASSC - with CFC (M/F) Sectors: Hospital - EMS - Home Care in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud (La Côte) Your mission: • Ensure the global care of patients or beneficiaries (technical care and comfort care); • Perform personalized and quality care within multidisciplinary teams or autonomously at home; • Perform care traceability and ensure the transmission of essential information for the continuity of care; • Participate in maintaining the autonomy and well-being of the people supported; • Intervene within the framework of occasional missions, planned or urgent replacements, as well as on-call missions according to needs; • Adapt to different work environments: healthcare establishments, medico-social structures, or home interventions. Your profile: • Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) required; • Valid right to practice in the concerned canton or recognition in progress; • You are versatile, flexible, and autonomous; • You enjoy teamwork while being able to intervene independently; • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a developed sense of service; • You know how to adapt quickly to new work environments; • You are available for regular or occasional missions according to your availability; • Mobility represents an asset, especially for home interventions.
