Charged with shaping the city of tomorrow while respecting its heritage and preserving its resources, the SDT works to create a local city, designed for and with its population. Currently in the midst of developing our Communal Master Plan, which will be broken down into a Communal Development Plan, we are strengthening our team. In this context, we are looking for an experienced person in managing building permit files, capable of evaluating projects at the intersection of regulatory, architectural, heritage, and environmental issues. In this context, the Service du territoire is looking for a: Project Manager for building permits at 80% Your main missions • Management of files related to building permit applications from the preliminary project to the occupancy permit, including site inspections. • Active coordination with the involved municipal services and transversality between themes. • Guaranteeing the implementation of quality projects within the municipality. Your profile • University or HES degree in the field of architecture or building engineering. • Minimum 10 years of experience in one of the aforementioned fields. • Experience in site monitoring and control. • Experience in the granting of building permits. • Very good writing skills. • Very good mastery of IT tools (Office) and (Autocad, Système d'information du territoire - SIT).
