Zollikofen, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Lead, advise and evolve personnel on an individual level and supervise apprentices as well as students from universities of applied sciences • Actively contribute to the evolution of employees in technical and methodological aspects as well as to the development of the entire chapter • Identify the requirements of the organizational structure in a timely manner and anticipate the recruitment of internal and external talent based on needs • Develop acquisition bases in compliance with public procurement law in a complex environment, manage the relationship with suppliers and ensure the control of services • Collaborate within the framework of work on cross-functional subjects <br /> What makes you unique • Degree (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of business information technology, business administration or in a technical field, accompanied by several years of professional experience in security, business analysis or architecture • Proven experience of several years in agile leadership and personnel management, application of servant leadership principles as well as the desire to help chapter members progress and fully exploit their potential • Extensive knowledge and proven experience of agile working methods, notably Scrum and SAFe, HR processes and public procurement • Empathy, sense of service, great initiative and ambition to participate in the evolution of the organization • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words As a line manager, would you like to encourage employees in a targeted manner in order to best prepare them for the future?
