Legal Assistant (m/f/d) 100% Your main tasks Relieving and supporting the assigned partner as well as the assigned lawyers Routine processing of legal documents, incl. formatting and completion of contracts and memorandums in German and English Support in drafting submissions to courts and authorities upon instruction Administration of client files Inbox management Creation of presentations Personal contact, telephone calls, as well as correspondence in German and English with clients at home and abroad, courts and authorities Deadline and pending matter control Preparation and organization of events and travel What you bring Experience is valuable, but your attitude is more important to us.
