Temporary missions, transition to permanent contract if successful. Hours according to assignment: morning shift from 5h00 to 13h00 or daytime hours. Multiskilled Operator - Dials and hands Desired profile: Experience in watchmaking, microtechnical or industrial production, ideally in the field of dials and hands. Excellent manual dexterity and ease in handling small-sized components. Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring concentration, precision and regularity. Meticulous, reliable, punctual person attentive to quality. Ability to follow precise procedures and to work effectively in a team. Main responsibilities: Perform riveting operations on small-dimension watchmaking components. Perform the inlaying of parts respecting references, quantities and presentation criteria. Ensure the boxing and storage of parts according to production instructions. Manipulate dials, hands and other delicate components with precision. Perform the necessary visual controls and identify any potential defects. Complete production tracking documents and report any non-conformity. Respect procedures, quality requirements and production deadlines. Maintain a clean, orderly workstation in accordance with internal standards.
