We offer customized services to promote autonomy and quality of life for elderly people in their own domestic environment. As part of the largest private provider of services for the elderly in Switzerland, Senevita Casa integrates our network of assisted living facilities and care structures, bringing professional support directly to the home. For the Senevita Casa Ticino location, we are looking for a: Dipl. Nurse 50-100% - Lugano Region # Responsibilities ## • Provide customized home care services based on individual needs. Requirements ## • Diploma of nurse (Bachelor SUPSI, diploma SSSCI or recognized diploma if obtained abroad) • Continuous InterRAI-HC training with proven experience (preferable title) • Experience in home care • Orientation to quality of care and patient-centered care • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner and communicate with professionalism and confidentiality • Reliable, precise, organized, punctual, and responsible attitude • Strong relational skills, empathy, initiative, and flexibility • Self-driven • Resident in the region (preferable) We offer ## • Contract according to the CCL Spitex Privati • Varied, autonomous, and stimulating nursing activities • Flexible and adaptable working hours • A well-coordinated and collaborative team • Opportunities for professional development and internal continuous training • Use of company cars during service ## Join us and contribute with competence and passion to the well-being of people in your region!
