Job Description We are looking for support as Claims Management Debt Collection Clerk (m/f/d) (permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Schlieren - flexible working conditions available These will be your tasks: You will take responsibility in claims management and manage the dossiers assigned to you independently while always maintaining an overview. You will be in exchange via telephone and in writing with a wide variety of contact persons - from lawyers and official authorities to debt restructuring offices as well as consumers and debtors. You will arrange the initiation of legal measures according to SchKG, including enforcement by attachment or bankruptcy, legal openings, as well as civil lawsuits. You will represent infoscore AG professionally in negotiations before justices of the peace and district courts. Qualifications How you will be successful in this role: You have a completed commercial vocational apprenticeship or a comparable qualification. You enjoy telephone and written exchange and appear confident and professional during these interactions. You master German and Swiss German very well to fluently - in spoken and written form. Ideally, you bring professional experience in debt collection, in the fiduciary sector, or from a law firm. You work in a solution-oriented manner, are assertive, and at the same time a true team player.
