YOUR TASKS • Consulting in specialist nursing situations • High degree of independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making and the measures to be initiated • Accompanying apprentices and students of nursing training • Carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist short training courses • Taking on additional activities on behalf of the management As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following activities: • Accompanying apprentices and students of nursing training; carrying out internal departmental evaluations as well as specialist short training courses • Competent guidance and support of HF nursing students as well as health specialist (Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit) apprentices, both professionally and pedagogically, during their practical training • Professional implementation of the educational mandate in the department according to the training concept <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann or corresponding SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector • Vocational pedagogical further training: Berufsbildner/in SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete this • Good German language skills (oral and written) • Interest and motivation to accompany development and learning processes in nursing apprentices and students • Openness, communication, commitment, and reliability <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, an experienced inter- and multiprofessional team awaits you.
