Now we are commissioned to approach you for the demanding management position as Strategic Project Manager CEO Office In this key role, you report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors. You are responsible for the group-wide strategy process and actively drive cross-company projects forward. In doing so, you take on leadership and lead interdisciplinary teams in an international environment. With analytical strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and high implementation competence, you develop sound decision-making bases for the company management and convince with audience-appropriate presentations at the executive level. For this responsible position, we are looking for an upright and convincing personality with a university degree in engineering and/or business administration. You possess sound industry experience as well as a proven track record in strategy development, project management, and leadership. A personal or professional affinity for aviation is an advantage.
