What this position offers you ### • You lead a team of 12 employees and are responsible for their deployment planning, capacity control, recruitment, induction and development. With clarity, commitment and presence, you create the prerequisites so that internal supply and logistics processes at V-ZUG interlock reliably and your employees can develop sustainably • You control the intralogistic processes from goods receipt and storage through picking and replenishment to disposal and shipping. In doing so, you identify bottlenecks at an early stage and ensure that materials are available when production needs them • You identify optimization potential, drive Lean and CIP initiatives such as 5S or Shopfloor Management and develop key figures and dashboards with real controlling benefit • You promote your team through leadership and targeted coaching: You make knowledge accessible, give clear feedback and create a culture in which personal responsibility is lived and individual strengths are understood as a gain for the whole • You are the connecting interface between logistics processes, IT systems, technical equipment and adjacent areas. You actively participate in investment projects and independently lead sub-projects for process and system optimization What you bring to the position ### • You have completed vocational training in a logistical environment and completed further training at HF level - and bring at least three years of leadership experience in logistics, which lets you know what it means to lead a team through high-load periods, changes and demanding situations • You lead with clarity and empathy: You set goals, provide orientation and are present. You recognize what your team needs, delegate responsibility without letting go, and model leadership principles so that others want to follow them • You understand the entire supply chain, know where Lean methods really help, and implement improvements so that they also arrive in everyday life • You communicate openly and directly - with your team on the shopfloor as well as with interfaces, projects and the management level • Confident use of SAP and the relevant IT systems is not an additional effort for you, but a daily tool. You find your way around complex system landscapes, solve booking and error message problems independently and know how to train and empower your team in this • You communicate very confidently in German - both orally and in writing - and bring the necessary linguistic sensitivity to communicate appreciatively and precisely in a diverse team environment
