Job Offer -- Professional Coffee Machine Repairer Your mission You ensure the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of professional coffee machines as well as associated equipment for our clientele. Your main responsibilities will be: Preventive maintenance and servicing of professional coffee machines and grinders. Diagnosis of faults and repairs on-site or in our workshop. Installation and commissioning of new equipment. Installation of water filtration and treatment systems. Advice, monitoring, and technical support for our professional clientele. Participation in the on-call service according to an established schedule. Your profile Beyond technical skills, we attach particular importance to human values. We are looking for a trustworthy person, representing our company with professionalism, respect, and integrity to our clientele. You recognize yourself in the following qualities: CFC-type training (electricity, industrial maintenance, or automotive mechanic, or equivalent training). Experience in the maintenance of professional coffee machines is a real advantage. Excellent analysis, diagnosis, and problem-solving skills. Honesty, integrity, and transparency in the exercise of your duties. Punctuality and reliability, with rigorous respect for schedules, commitments, and deadlines. Team spirit, sense of mutual aid, and the desire to contribute to a positive working atmosphere. Respect for procedures, company directives, and intervention schedules. Excellent ability to manage stress and remain calm during urgent interventions. Sense of service, politeness, courtesy, and kindness towards clients as well as colleagues and Management. An autonomous, organized, rigorous person who cares about doing a good job. Category B driving license indispensable. Excellent command of French. Knowledge of German is a greatly appreciated asset.
