Position Overview In a dynamic and strongly growing environment, you ensure the strategic and operative procurement of material, assemblies and components. Your goal is to reliably guarantee the supply of our customers and construction sites at an optimal price\-performance ratio. In this position, you lead a department of 6 employees. This both professionally and personally. This includes: Purchasing, Service\-Center with warehouse at the location in Breda (NL), transport and logistics. With your team, you further expand procurement controlling and develop concepts on how service and logistics processes can be improved. Your tasks include: Management and coordination of the logistics and purchasing department and ensuring effective processing and supply of our construction sites and projects Leading a service team incl. warehouse and warehouse management Personal and professional leadership of 6 employees at three locations (CH, D and NL) Selection, evaluation and development of long-term supplier relationships Further development and standardization of processes. To this end, you will introduce an effective monitoring and KPI\-framework together with the management team. Assessment of global procurement \& supply chain risks and development of effective risk-mitigation concepts Continuous further development of the professional and personal competencies of the employees Identification and development of new procurement markets Negotiating framework agreements and procurement conditions Operative cooperation in the project-related procurement of materials and spare parts for our customer projects (approx. 20\-30%) Co-responsible for the data quality and maintenance of the ERP material master and the further development of our ISO processes, incl. participation in audits You report directly to the management Your profile: You have several years of purchasing experience in an industrial or technical environment and have a solid basic training with further training in procurement/logistics Ideally, you already have experience in leading teams and//or departments, preferably internationally You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment in a strongly growing company You are familiar with terms such as supply chain risks, warehouse logistics, procurement\-key figures As a communicative personality, you are able to skillfully conduct negotiations in German and English.
