Sustainability, quality, and reliability are the cornerstones of our work. The Position The Milchtechnologe is responsible for processing raw milk into high-quality milk products. He ensures compliance with quality standards, hygiene regulations, and production processes. Additionally, the Milchtechnologe plays a central role in monitoring machines and optimizing production processes. To strengthen our innovative company, we are looking for a Milchtechnologen 100% (m/w/d) for production in Bütschwil, starting immediately or by agreement. Your area of responsibility: • Production and maintenance of various cheese specialties • Control and monitoring of the entire production process • Monitoring of cheese ripening and maintenance as well as operation of the cheese robot • Quality assurance: monitoring of raw milk quality and conducting analyses.
