You provide, autonomously and/or upon medical delegation, personalized and global nursing care within the framework of a rehabilitation unit. You ensure with precision and rigor the transmission of information between multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of care quality. You collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff and students. You support the existing teams with a great capacity for adaptation, flexibility, and availability. You contribute to continuous improvement projects by showing your openness to change. You hold a Bachelor HES in nursing or an equivalent nursing degree recognized by the Croix-Rouge, and an excellent command of the French language, both oral and written. A CAS as a HES trainer or a certificate as an in-company trainer, a CAS in mental health, or training in therapeutic education are additional assets. You possess great rigor, as well as a keen sense of organization and priority management, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, as well as a marked interest in the follow-up of patients suffering from psychosomatic problems.
