To sustainably strengthen our headquarters team in Geneva, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, capable of ensuring a true operational partner role, with a global vision of the activity and a strong capacity to take on responsibilities, for a position at 80% or 100%. At the heart of TCS Voyages' activity, you will play a key role in the production, management, and development of our trips, in close collaboration with the agency manager, the team, and our partners. A true operational right hand, you are able to intervene at all levels of the activity and ensure its continuity in case of absence. Your challenges • Operational management and global coordination of travel activities (production, sales, back office, accompaniment) • Design, management, and development of travel production (design of tailor-made programs, active search for new destinations and travel ideas, calculation of prices and margins, negotiations with suppliers, consistency and positioning of products) • Partner role to the agency manager, with the ability to ensure operational continuity in her absence • Commercial follow-up and customer relations • Responsibility for operational financial aspects • Active contribution to marketing and communication • Optimization of work processes and continuous improvement of the customer experience through digital tools • Understanding and analysis of system operations in order to optimize business practices What you bring • Excellent command of French and Swiss German, both spoken and written (imperative) • Training in tourism and very solid experience in a travel agency • Full mastery of travel production, calculations, and economic logic • Strong capacity for analysis, creativity, and anticipation • Global vision, sharp sense of priorities, and initiative • Great autonomy, sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and reliability. • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Ease with IT, digital, and marketing tools What you will like about us • A strategic, varied role with high responsibilities within a committed and benevolent team. • Close and direct collaboration with the agency manager • A dynamic, human, and demanding work environment • Flexible hours - no late nights, no Saturdays • A central and modern workplace in Geneva, very well served by public transport • Possibility to rent a furnished studio at a very advantageous rate to facilitate your move (if you are not from Geneva) • Free access to the TCS Active fitness center • Possibility to accompany trips, depending on the profile, experience, and company needs. • Attractive remuneration, in line with your skills, experience, and commitment Are you interested?
