Pro Senectute is the largest private specialist and service organization in age-related work in the Canton of Bern, with the areas of social counseling, community work, information, education and sport, services, as well as health promotion. Pro Senectute is the service and competence center for older people in the Canton of Bern. Pro Senectute Kanton Bern is looking for the office in Ittigen (from mid-2027 in the city of Bern) as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement for a Content & Online-Marketing Manager 75 % Your tasks • You create attractive, target-group-oriented content for our newsletters, website, social media, etc. • You conceive, plan and implement effective online marketing/fundraising measures • You create and coordinate the content plan across all online channels and keep an eye on the interfaces to offline • You are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our web presence as well as our social media channels (incl. video content) • You perform the monitoring and controlling of ongoing measures • You advise and support our areas competently in marketing matters • As needed and according to competencies, you take on further marketing projects What you bring with you • You enjoy developing and creating target-group-specific content in DE/FR (text, image, video) • Vocational or further training as well as at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media; further training in online fundraising is a plus • Ideally, you are experienced in the NPO and/or fundraising sector and are interested in age-related topics • You have a confident handling of common marketing tools, CRM, layout programs and image editing • You recognize trends early and have a pronounced sense for storytelling, design and visual language • You like to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and value exchange within the team and the organization.
