Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100% # Type of employment: Permanent position Region: Greater Menziken/Beinwil area Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Reference number: 104500-255 Requirement profile: • Automation specialist, basic mechanical training (EFZ), further training as a technician HF or engineer (BsC) (or comparable) • Several years of experience (5-10+ years) in the field of special machine construction • Conceptualization, development and design of special machines/automata • Proven experience in SolidWorks, tolerance management and functional design • Practical experience in plant commissioning and troubleshooting • Experience in handling machinery directives and CE certification processes • Practical knowledge in adjacent areas: control technology / PLC, drive technology, pneumatics, feeding technology, plant assembly • Sound experience in technical project management • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach • Confident handling of complex and changing requirements • Ability to make and defend well-founded technical decisions • High sense of responsibility and quality orientation • Ability to work in a team and cross-departmental thinking • Resilience and flexibility with changing priorities • Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams • German language skills in spoken and written form Tasks: • Technical project management with a focus on mechanical development • Development, design and dimensioning of fixtures, special machines and automata • Evaluation and selection of suitable manufacturing technologies and components • Clarification of requirements as well as development of concepts • Cross-departmental internal and external coordination in internal projects or in external project procurement (control system construction, production, purchasing, suppliers, service providers) • Close cooperation with product development, control technology, production and quality departments • Commissioning, CIP, production support of existing and new plants • Ensuring compliance with machinery directives and CE requirements Contact person: Roger Marty Tel. 062 832 10 60 Apply for this position via rmarty@mittelland-personal.ch or via application form.
