As a consulting company, B'VM specializes in management topics in nonprofit organizations. To strengthen our team at the Bern location, we are looking for, by arrangement a Consultant 70-100 % You supervise consulting projects across the entire range of services offered by B-VM and accompany development processes in a solution-oriented manner with the participatory involvement of the relevant circles. In doing so, the FMM serves as your professional basis. In addition, in the medium term, you will take over the management of a national association and lead a small team. Your main tasks • Independent acquisition and supervision of consulting projects within the range of services • Solution-oriented accompaniment of development processes • In the medium term: Management of a national NPO within a mandate • Collaboration in the further development of our conceptual foundations • Lectures, presentations, and writing specialist articles Your profile • University degree (e.g., business administration, law) or corresponding professional experience • Confident German and very good French skills (business fluent), • English / Italian desirable • Consulting and/or project management experience; possibly leadership experience • Experience with the specific issues of NPOs • Conceptual thinking; acting at a pragmatic altitude (parallel in several tasks) • Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to perform with a long-term perspective • Accessible personality, ability to listen • Confident, diplomatically skilled appearance, rhetorical fluency, concise written expression • Joy in new things, solution orientation • Due to our team composition, age ideally approx.
