What you will do With your experience in construction management, you will take responsibility for the execution of demanding engineering works as part of the expansion of the new public facility at Bern station. As part of an interdisciplinary project team, you will accompany the construction work from execution to completion and contribute to the successful implementation of this technically complex and nationally significant infrastructure project. As a Construction Manager, you are the central contact person for the executing companies, the project team, and other project participants. You coordinate construction site processes, deadlines, and resources and ensure a smooth construction process on site. At the same time, you monitor quality, costs, deadlines, and occupational safety and ensure that the project goals are reliably achieved. Thanks to your strong communication skills, you succeed in bringing together the different interests and requirements of the project participants and developing viable solutions together. What you bring with you You have several years of experience in the construction management of engineering or infrastructure buildings and hold a degree as a Construction Manager, Technician HF, or Civil Engineer (FH/ETH). Ideally, you have already gained experience in complex infrastructure projects and are enthusiastic about demanding construction projects. You work independently, in a structured manner, and responsibly. With your assertiveness, organizational strength, and solution-oriented way of thinking, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations. Proficient use of common software tools in the construction industry completes your profile.
