PEPPER & CO Sàrl is looking for several experienced servers To strengthen its team at the l'Opale restaurant Sought profile • Confirmed experience in service is essential • People without experience in the profession: please abstain • Excellent presentation and sense of welcome • Dynamic, organized person capable of working autonomously • Good stress and priority management • Team spirit and positive attitude • French is mandatory • Other languages: an asset We prioritize people who like to do a good job, who are not afraid to get involved and who fully invest in their work. Job description • Setup and preparation of the room • Reception and installation of customers • Order taking and table monitoring • Serving food and drinks • Advice to customers and active sales • Cash handling • Management and maintenance of their station • Respect for hygiene standards and internal procedures • Participation in the smooth running of the service and customer satisfaction We offer • Salary higher than the CCNT • Bonuses related to productivity, involvement and quality of work provided • Excellent working conditions • Small team with a human size • Pleasant local and tourist clientele • Possibility of accommodation depending on the situation • One week out of two with a continuous daytime schedule: 09h00 – 17h00 • Entry into function to be agreed upon We attach particular importance to team spirit, customer satisfaction and savoir-être.
