Corporate Lawyer (60-80%) Thanks to your in-depth legal knowledge, you will hold a key position within our General Secretariat with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition. Your field of activity Independently handle varied legal files, mainly concerning energy law, real rights, contract law, civil liability, public procurement as well as data protection Draft, revise and negotiate contracts and general terms and conditions Develop legal opinions, positions on legislative consultations as well as document templates Manage claims and debt recovery procedures Ensure relations with authorities (land registry, courts, state services) Exercise legislative and case law monitoring in the energy sector Participate in internal meetings and advise the different departments of the company The prerequisites Holder of a master's degree in Swiss law Lawyer's certificate or specialization in the field of contract law an asset At least 3 years of professional experience Excellent writing and synthesis skills Proficiency in standard IT tools (MS Office, Outlook) Good knowledge of German and English (B2) Autonomous, rigorous, endowed with a solid analytical mind and good priority management Curious, with a marked interest in technical fields and renewable energies Communication aptitude, ability to simplify legal matters and oriented towards customer satisfaction Sense of collaboration and confidentiality, pronounced taste for multidisciplinary teamwork A glance at your benefits: click here to learn more Desired start date: immediately or by agreement (This position is open to any person, regardless of gender, identity, origin or situation). jpid56fcf65jm jpit0731jm jpiy26jm
