Responsible for Finance & Accounting 70 - 100% (a) For our client, an established organization based in Zürich, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as Responsible for Finance & Accounting 70 - 100% (a) Your tasks Overall responsibility for the finance & accounting of several organizational units Management and monitoring of the externally managed financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger) Responsibility for cost center and division accounts Analysis, preparation and commentary of quarterly and annual financial statements for management and decision-making bodies Establishment and further development of financial controlling as well as management reporting Ensuring compliance with finance-relevant specifications and regulations Optimization of finance processes as well as further development of the reporting system Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Contact person for business administration issues as well as support for audits Participation in or management of finance-related projects Your profile: Commercial basic training or Matura with corresponding further training in finance & accounting (e.g., federal diploma, HF or FH) Several years of professional experience in finance & accounting Sound knowledge in budgeting, closing and finance processes Experience in a non-profit organization, foundation or a comparable environment is an advantage Independent, exact and structured way of working High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility Strong service orientation as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders Very good German skills as well as good English skills What is offered to you: A versatile and responsible function with a lot of creative freedom in a professional and collegial environment awaits you.
