Immediately: Seeking teacher for Visual Arts, Federal Matura level 3 lessons in 10 weeks per semester, as well as private lessons Development of learning portal content We are a small international and innovative school and prepare our students for the various entrance examinations at Swiss universities, EUCS and Passerelle supplementary examinations, as well as the Federal Matura examinations and the PH entrance examinations. The advertised position is designed for a semester course; our students attend the BG lessons for between one and three semesters. The class in question consists of highly motivated students, mostly over 18 years old and with different backgrounds such as e.g., foreign qualifications, apprenticeship completions or other diplomas, which do not directly entitle them to study at a Swiss university. The BG lessons are always planned in blocks. Instruction is often also provided in small groups or individual lessons. Permanent position. The lessons take place on-site in Zürich-Altstetten as well as online as a webinar via Zoom. We expect from you a timely development of the theoretical part of this subject for our learning system, as well as the development of the Visual Arts self-study modules. Workload: • 3 lessons on-site, during 10 weeks (excluding school holidays) per semester • Private lessons and small group instruction as required • Learning system: development of theoretical part and self-study modules What we expect Solid specialist knowledge, variety of methods, the teaching diploma for Matura schools or an equivalent qualification, experience in practical artistic work as well as in art history. The school material is specified by the regulations of the Federal Matura examination, as well as the Pedagogical Universities.
