The VAOF (Verein für Altersbetreuung im Oberen Fricktal) operates two elderly care centers as well as around 90 senior apartments in Frick and Laufenburg. For our gastronomy team at the Alterszentrum Bruggbach in Frick, we are looking for a motivated and responsible personality as Service Team Leader starting immediately or by arrangement Your tasks • Leadership, planning, and coaching of the service team • Operational responsibility for daily business in the area of the residents' restaurant and Café Bruggbach, including active participation in the daily process • Close cooperation with the Gastronomy Area Manager • Ensuring and further developing a professional service process • Responsible for administrative and organizational tasks in the service area • Co-responsible for organization and participation in events • Early and late shifts without room hour Your profile • Completed training as Restaurationsfachfrau/mann EFZ or Fachfrau/mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ • Several years of experience in communal gastronomy as well as in comparable positions • Passion and enthusiasm for the profession • Joy and skill in dealing with people of all ages • Teamwork skills and flexibility • Very good IT user skills • Very good German skills in speaking and writing
