YOUR MISSION ### • In collaboration with the CISO, you implement the IT security strategy and advance the cybersecurity roadmap in order to sustainably strengthen the cyber maturity of the organization • You supervise a team of cybersecurity engineers, develop their skills, provide a clear framework and ensure the achievement of operational objectives • In collaboration with the SOC Manager, you drive operational security activities and ensure that protection, detection and response mechanisms effectively cover the cyber risks to which the company is exposed • With the IT and business teams, you ensure that security requirements are integrated from the design phase of projects and ensure that the necessary decisions are made to reduce risks • Because risk management is essential, you drive the identification and treatment of cyber risks, ensure the application of security policies and standards and coordinate stakeholders in order to transform findings into concrete actions • By representing IT security in the various governance committees, you advance cybersecurity topics, federate the concerned actors and contribute to decisions relating to the protection of the Group's information assets Your qualities #### • You demonstrate assertive leadership and know how to federate teams around common goals • You push boundaries when security issues demand it and know how to obtain the necessary arbitrations • Thanks to your interpersonal skills, you influence stakeholders and popularize complex topics to both technical and business interlocutors • You transform findings into concrete actions and follow their implementation until the objectives are met • Faced with sensitive or urgent situations, you keep your cool and move files forward with pragmatism and determination Your experience #### • You have higher education in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering or training deemed equivalent • You benefit from 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a responsible cybersecurity role with team management • Recognized certifications in cybersecurity, governance or risk management (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, TOGAF or equivalent) complement your expertise • With solid knowledge of governance, risk management, operational security and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or COBIT, you understand security issues in their entirety • Experience in a highly regulated environment, ideally in the financial sector or in connection with FINMA requirements would be the icing on the cake!
