In this context, we are currently looking for a: Quality Controller (M/F/X) Permanent contract | Watchmaking | Fribourg Our client, a reference industrial company operating in a high-precision environment, is looking for a Quality Controller to strengthen its team. You will play an essential role in the validation of components intended for products requiring an irreproachable level of quality. Thanks to your rigor and your sense of observation, you will contribute directly to the excellence of the delivered products. Your mission: Within the Quality department, you ensure the aesthetic and dimensional control of components in compliance with quality standards and production requirements. Your main responsibilities will be to : • Perform aesthetic and dimensional controls in accordance with control ranges and quality references. • Determine the conformity of production batches according to established criteria. • Identify discrepancies and quickly alert the relevant interlocutors in case of non-conformity or doubt. • Ensure the traceability of controls and enter the results into the IT systems. • Collaborate with production teams to guarantee a high level of quality. • Participate in the sharing of information and the resolution of problems encountered. • Ensure compliance with quality procedures as well as the cleanliness and organization of your workstation. Your profile : You are recognized for your precision, your sense of observation and your high standards in the control of components. You specifically bring: • Training as a Quality Controller or significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional control, ideally in the watchmaking industry or a high-precision environment. • A good mastery of visual control techniques and component inspection. • Knowledge in reading simple plans and applying quality procedures. • Experience in using optical measurement tools is an asset. • A good mastery of IT tools; knowledge of SAP is an advantage. • An ability to make decisions with rigor and objectivity. • An excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills as well as constructive communication. • Autonomy, rigor and a high sense of responsibility. • Availability to work in shift schedules.
