Nursing Expert ANP

In the Head and Neck Tumor Center of the Inselspital, we accompany patients with complex head and neck tumors along the entire treatment path -- from diagnosis through surgical and oncological therapy to aftercare or palliative care. Our interprofessional team is committed every day to combining the highest quality of treatment, innovation, and humanity. What awaits you <br /> • Independent execution of nursing assessments, clinical examinations, and evidence-based interventions • Conduct of outpatient and inpatient nursing and counseling consultation hours • Promotion of self-management as well as counseling and training of patients and relatives • Coordination of complex treatment paths and ensuring continuous care across sector boundaries • Participation in tumor boards as well as interprofessional case discussions • Assumption of defined delegated medical activities within the framework of Advanced Nursing Practice • Coaching and support of nursing teams in demanding clinical situations • Development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing concepts • Ensuring nursing quality in the shared governance team • Active participation in the strategic further development of the ANP offering <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or shortly before graduation (2/3 completed) • Diploma as Pflegefachfrau:mann HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing • Several years of professional experience in an acute care hospital • Ideally experience in oncology, ENT, oral, maxillofacial, and plastic surgery or a comparable specialty • Enjoyment of complex clinical questions and interprofessional cooperation • Strong clinical decision-making and counseling competence • Initiative, sense of responsibility, and passion for innovation • Enthusiasm for evidence-based practice, quality development, and research <br /> Our offer <br /> • Independent, exciting, and varied activity with high clinical responsibility • Innovative working environment with short decision-making paths and true interprofessionality • The opportunity to actively help shape care concepts and actively further develop the ANP role • Targeted support for your professional and scientific development • Attractive training and further education opportunities within the Insel Gruppe • Modern working conditions as well as an appreciative and collegial working environment • Regular working hours and high flexibility in work planning <br /> Questions about the position?
