Share What can you expect? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and advising bank customers (private customers, investment customers, corporate customers) • Assisting in the consultation of customers (private customers, investment customers, corporate customers) • Supporting bank customers through digital channels • Assisting in the consultation of customers • Preparing and processing bank transactions administratively • Collaborating in marketing In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the apprenticeship with us either with an EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational maturity. What do you bring? ## • Completed secondary school E or P • Vocational maturity: Very good school grades in E and good school grades in P • Enjoyment of customer contact and work in various teams, communication skills • Interest in banking and economic contexts • Interest in working with digital media • Reliability, openness to new things, willingness to learn, and commitment • Ability to work independently
