The restaurant is looking for a: Service Assistant (restoration) / Service Assistant (restoration) • Function: Sommelier/ère • Permanent position 70 to 80% Workplace: • Bulle Profile: • Confirmed experience in service • Person who loves their job and is involved in it • Pleasant, smiling and communicative person • Customer satisfaction oriented • Speaking good French minimum B2 • Easy integration into an existing team • No health concerns --> Moving on 3 floors • Vehicle desired if living outside of Bulle Tasks: • Customer reception • Order taking and advice • Service in brasserie and in room • Customer follow-up • Cash handling Hours: • Wednesday to Sunday • 1 weekend off per month Commitment: • Immediately
