You are in direct contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. You take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. You help to shape the care processes in the long term. You organize your area of competence independently using professional and internal standards and guidelines. As RAI Supervisorin, you support our RAI-responsible person in the professional application of the interRAI LTCF instrument. You participate in the implementation and review of the internal InterRAI LTCF process, support the nursing team, and shape the care planning. You ensure correct and traceable codings. Furthermore, you monitor and analyze RAI-specific and medical quality indicators. Additionally, you are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for the audits.
