Thanks to the annual rotation of areas of expertise within FINMA, you will obtain in-depth insights into different sectors of financial market supervision and will continuously develop your specialized knowledge in the areas of asset management, banking, and execution. ### Main tasks • Support for the authorization of institutions such as banks, securities houses, fund management companies, collective asset managers, wealth managers, trustees, and custodian banks as well as collective investment schemes • Clarification of regulatory supervision issues as well as conducting analyses taking into account the latest developments in the financial markets and the resulting risks • Investigation and evaluation of potential violations of financial market law provisions as well as implementation of supervisory law • Participation in potential legislative revisions • Representation of financial market supervision at the forefront, taking on responsibility as well as continuous development of the supervisory authority's practice Profile • Master in law obtained from a Swiss university as well as a Swiss bar admission or a doctorate • Excellent academic results • Pronounced analytical and communicative skills • Very high degree of commitment, personal initiative and sense of responsibility • Very good knowledge of German or French (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language (B2) and good knowledge of English (B2) Perspectives Marie-Reine Atsama is at your disposal for any further information.
