For our production site in Delémont, we are looking for: Single Spindle Turning Manager Mission Pilot, coordinate, direct, and administer all activities of the Single Spindle Turning department (cam & CNC). Guarantee industrial performance, quality, and deadlines. Manage and develop teams in a logic of operational excellence. Responsibilities Supervise a fleet of 85 machines (60 CNC & 25 cam) Ensure the smooth running of production (quality, costs, deadlines) Supervise a team of approximately 50 employees and 5 team leaders Pilot performance indicators (productivity, OEE, scrap...) Optimize processes and continuously improve manufacturing methods Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards Collaborate closely with support services (maintenance, quality, methods, supply chain) Conduct investment and technical improvement projects Profile Basic technical training (microtechnique, mechanics, industrial production) with complementary training in industrial management (industrial foreman, federal diploma or equivalent) Proven experience in CNC turning and/or cam machines Successful experience in managing production teams Natural leadership, ability to unite and grow teams Strong orientation towards results and continuous improvement Comfort in demanding and multi-technology industrial environments What we offer Varied and stimulating technological environment Key role with a direct impact on site performance Committed teams and a culture of continuous improvement Attractive conditions Workplace: Delémont jpid752c9bbjm jpit0727jm jpiy26jm
