Currently, the company is looking for a Food production quality manager to supervise quality control processes, guarantee product compliance, and support teams in continuous improvement. Your tasks at your new employer • You drive activities related to operational quality by ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements as well as the handling of deviations and field feedback • You ensure the monitoring of quality performance indicators and contribute to the optimization of administrative and technical processes associated with the management system • You prepare and coordinate the various internal or external evaluations and controls while ensuring the implementation of the necessary action plans • You actively participate in strengthening good practices in terms of quality and safety in production and development activities • You support continuous improvement processes and accompany projects aimed at optimizing work methods and operational flows • You work with different internal functions in order to ensure the consistency of quality standards and the correct application of the procedures in place You offer your new employer • You hold a Bachelor's degree in food sciences or an equivalent training deemed in the agri-food or quality field • You have confirmed experience in quality assurance in the food industry with exposure to coordination or management functions • You are proficient in French and possess good knowledge of German, with English being an appreciated complementary asset • You are comfortable with quality systems, regulatory documentation, and standards such as FSSC 22000 as well as associated management tools • You demonstrate natural leadership, good analytical skills, and fluid communication promoting interdisciplinary collaboration You can also benefit from the following advantages • You evolve in a dynamic and structured environment, promoting exchange and participation in continuous improvement projects • You benefit from continuous training and professional development opportunities to strengthen your technical and managerial skills • You join a motivated and committed team, where initiative and collaboration are valued • You benefit from a stimulating work environment that encourages taking responsibility and innovation in your daily missions Have we awakened your interest?
