Committed and dynamic, it is you we are looking for to take the position of : Sales Representative - Cantons VD-VS-NE-FR # Reporting to the Director of the ELIS PEST CONTROL profit center, you will prospect in a precise geographical sector with a view to conquering new clients (VSE, SME, Industries and businesses). You propose and market all of our services and products to professionals from industry, commerce, services, and catering. Your mission essentially consists of : • Prospecting and acquiring new clients in the dedicated zone (cantons VD-VS-NE-FR) • Generating a monthly recurring volume of sales • Identifying the needs of prospects and recommending the most appropriate solutions • Preparing quotes (technical and price-related) and conducting negotiations • Participating in the implementation of the contracted service in collaboration with the administrative department To achieve your objectives, you benefit from close management including : • Integration period • Complete training on our products • Continuous training in sales methods • A laptop as the primary work tool • Remuneration commensurate with your performance including variable remuneration • Company vehicle and fuel card It is your dynamism and your tenacity that will make the difference in the field. Your profile : • Professional training in the commercial field • A good knowledge of economic actors and the Swiss market • A successful experience (minimum 5 years) in B to B service sales and ideally experience in pest control (FSD training would be a plus), or a pest control technician profile with a sales DNA. • Ease of negotiation and communication • Excellent oral expression skills without detracting from listening quality • Organized and proactive person, endowed with a sense of business and negotiation • Taste for teamwork while knowing how to evolve daily in an autonomous way • Endowed with a real spirit of conquest and a true work ethic Have we awakened your curiosity for this position?
