Industrial Painter

• 14 August 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Villeneuve VD On behalf of our client active in the field of rail transport and logistics, we are looking for several industrial painters based in Villeneuve (VD). These positions, at the heart of a railway industrial environment, are aimed at professionals with professional training and confirmed experience in industrial painting on metal structures. You will primarily work on components and equipment related to the railway sector, in strict compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. You will work in coordination with other maintenance and production specialists to guarantee reliable and punctual deliveries. Responsibilities • Perform meticulous sanding of surfaces before paint application, respecting prescribed methods to guarantee good adhesion and a uniform finish. • Ensure complete and rigorous preparation of the paint, being in charge of good paint preparation, by controlling mixtures, viscosity, and resting time according to the technical instructions received. • Apply industrial paint according to internal procedures, ensuring the quality of the paint gloss and compliance with the required layer thicknesses. • Visually and dimensionally inspect painted parts, identify any defects, and perform necessary touch-ups in accordance with the defined quality criteria. • Maintain equipment, paint booths, and sanding tools, applying safety and cleanliness rules to ensure a stable working environment compliant with requirements. Profile • Completed basic professional training in a technical or manual trade. • Mandatory training in industrial painting with recent practice in a similar environment. • Conscientious, organized person attentive to technical and visual details. • Rigorous approach to occupational safety and product handling. • Availability to work in Villeneuve (VD) in the transport and logistics sector.
