For our customer, a leading company in the Swiss recycling and circular economy with an international trade focus, we are looking for an experienced leader as:   Team Leader International Logistics & Export 100% (m/f/d) # Activities: • Functional and personnel leadership of an export and logistics team with around 10 employees • Responsibility for the entire international transport and export processing • Organization, coordination, and monitoring of worldwide goods flows • Ensuring the timely creation and control of all export, customs, and transport documents • Management and monitoring of transport orders up to final invoice verification • Coordination of cooperation with customers, authorities, customs agents, freight forwarders, and internal specialist departments • Optimization of logistics processes, goods flows, and interfaces • Co-responsibility for budget, cost control, and freight forwarding KPIs • Negotiation and further development of partnerships with transport and logistics service providers • Promotion of a service-oriented and efficient logistics organization   Requirements: • Completed training in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or international trade • Several years of professional experience in international export logistics or freight forwarding • Sound knowledge of customs, export, and transport matters • Leadership experience and enjoyment in the development of employees • Experience in handling ERP and logistics systems • Strong organizational and communication skills • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • Very good German skills as well as good English skills • Further foreign languages are an advantage   What awaits you: • Responsible leadership position with international relevance • Opportunity to actively shape and further develop processes • Exciting environment with national and international interfaces • Short decision-making paths and high degree of freedom to act • Long-term perspective in a successful and future-oriented company • Collegial environment with high personal responsibility   Should you be interested, I look forward greatly to your complete application documents with photo.   • Manfred Käser • KMU Jobs AG • CH-4133 Pratteln • +41 61 826 22 00 • www.kmu.jobs • Here you will find all our job offers
