Support our innovative company in the sustainable development and production of our devices and services as: Technical Service Representative (a) #   Your tasks ## • Order processing for service, commissioning, and maintenance orders • Consulting customers on technical questions • Support in the planning and preparation of work for service technicians • Creation of offers for maintenance work including refrigeration systems • Processing of customer complaints • Collaboration with various interfaces within the company What you bring ## • Technical basic training • Professional experience in the field of HLK and/or electrical engineering • Knowledge of MS Office applications; Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage • Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent working method • Motivated personality with high willingness to work, flexibility, and team skills • Good verbal and written communication skills   Have we sparked your interest?
