In the three sites Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, approximately 260 employees contribute daily in our houses. They ensure a high quality of life for the residents and thus make a valuable contribution to society. Assistant Team Leader Care and Support 80 - 100 % # La maison Park is nestled in the magnificent Heinrichsbad park and comprises three residential groups. For a residential group of approximately 30 residents over two floors, we are looking for reinforcement. The environment close to nature and the family atmosphere make this site a special place to live and work. We are looking now or by agreement for a motivated person with a sense of leadership, a heart for our residents and the pleasure of working in a team as Your demanding and varied tasks: • You are part of a committed management team and, with the team management, are responsible for the management and organization of a team of approximately 15 employees. • Together, you create an atmosphere in which our residents feel safe, welcome and at home. Regular exchange with loved ones is a matter of course for you. • You are close to the team, accompany daily care, regularly assume daily responsibility and naturally help when support is requested. • Your ideas are solicited: you actively contribute to shaping the future of our family residential sector and provide impulses for a high quality of care. • If you enjoy passing on your knowledge, it is possible, depending on interest and aptitude, to assume the role of professional trainer and to accompany apprentices in their professional journey. Our requirements: • You possess completed training as a registered nurse HF, specialist in long-term care and support, health specialist or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland. • You have extensive experience in long-term care and documentation in RAI soft Net is a natural part of your professional daily routine. • Excellent command of German level C1 and good command of Outlook complete your profile.   • You have acquired initial experience in management and wish to further develop your role as a leader. • You act autonomously, responsibly and keep a cool head even in busy situations. • You enjoy working with elderly people, are a true team player and approach others with openness, respect and warmth.
