Process Technician

## For the team of the RnD department, Wafer Production Engineering in the Backend area, we are looking for a reliable and committed person as a Process Technician. Your tasks ## • 1st-Level-Support and technical support for plant and process problems in production • Analysis of device alarms or failures and decision on machine status (UP or DOWN) • Ensuring correct plant operation in the daily production process: • Carrying out setup, configuration and programming work according to approved standards • Collaboration in requalification after maintenance or configuration changes • Support for routine inspections, tests and maintenance work • Training new operators, checking compliance with applied working methods, revising and/or creating new work instructions, as well as monitoring compliance with safety regulations Your profile ## • Technical vocational training with further training as a technician HF or equivalent • Experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in microtechnology or semiconductor manufacturing • Familiarity with production plants and basic measurement technology • Safe handling of PC-based systems (MES, MS Office, plant interfaces) • Quality-oriented, reliable and high-performing personality with exact and independent working methods • Good German and English skills What to expect ## • Exciting tasks in a leading international high-tech company near Luzern • Fantastic infrastructure and first-class office environment with mountain views • Brand new clean room and new equipment • Small company with the opportunity to shape and direct the course of events • Broad spectrum of tasks and areas of responsibility and collaboration with great professionals • Attractive further training opportunities and a variety of employee benefits
