We are looking for a Store Manager in a 100% capacity for our new store as of 1. October 2026 or by agreement. Store Manager:in 100% - Neueröffnung Luzern SBB This is what you can expect: • You will take over the overall responsibility for our new store, including the coordination of the fitting-out phases • You will lead, motivate, and develop your team and create a positive, inspiring working atmosphere together with the Assistant Store Manager:in • You will plan the deployment and working hours of your team efficiently and fairly in our planning tool • You will be responsible for visual merchandising and ensure an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation • You will order goods and implement sales campaigns and promotions • You will actively participate in the day-to-day business: handling the cash register, receiving goods, and customer contact are part of your responsibilities • You will ensure that all processes in the store function smoothly and that sales targets are achieved This is what you bring: • A completed education in retail or corresponding experience in management (at least 1-2 years) • Experience in leading employees and enjoying leading a team and celebrating successes together • A high sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and pronounced organizational skills. Meeting deadlines is a matter of course for you • Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good basic knowledge of English • Enjoyment of working with people and a motivating, sympathetic, and loyal personality • You enjoy opening the new store and developing your team accordingly • Enthusiasm for our products and a strong identification with our values Make everyday life a bit more crazy, happier, and more colorful with us.
