In this position, you are part of the Quality Assurance team and ensure product quality through precise chemical analyses and contribute to the implementation of development projects. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the quality and innovation of our products as well as to the further development of analytical methods. You work at the interface between analytics, quality assurance, and product development and benefit from a versatile working environment with diverse development opportunities. How you achieve impact as a Laboratory Technician EFZ Chemistry Carrying out chemical analyses with a focus on protein analytics (Kjeldahl, LDS-PAGE, BLG-ELISA, HPLC-SEC and residual enzyme analytics) Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as active discussion and interpretation of the results Supervision and training of apprentices Laboratory Technician EFZ Chemistry Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Participation in the introduction and validation of new methods and devices What makes you successful Providing completed training as a Laboratory Technician EFZ Chemistry or a comparable qualification Applying sound knowledge in analytical methods and safe laboratory practice Using your experience in the food industry or food chemistry to support quality and innovation Collaborating as a team-oriented and communicative personality with a structured, independent way of working as well as good Microsoft Office skills Good German and English skills Experience in the training of apprentices is an advantage Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word) What to expect in our application process We are committed to an inclusive and respectful application process and are happy to provide appropriate adjustments if necessary.
