Maintenance Technician 100% \- Ensure the monitoring of maintenance and the technical installations of the building. \- Execute autonomously the inspection and maintenance tasks of the technical installations. \- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets. \- Ensure various troubleshooting and small repairs. \- Monitor and accompany the performance of work by commissioned companies. \- Update existing documentation for electrical installations and maintenance \- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the various sectors \- Management and control of the building \- Participation in an on-call service. Project monitoring \- Technical optimizations \- CFC as an electrical installer or a title deemed equivalent. \- Holder of an OIBT electrician accreditation article 15. \- Several years of confirmed experience in this field. \- Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small projects. \- Good mastery of the regulation aspect of HVAC installations. \- Very good mastery of French, spoken and written, another language an asset \- Good mastery of standard IT tools. \- Valid driving license. \- Team spirit. \- Great adaptability and a great sense of priorities. \- Service and solution oriented.
