The role and responsibilities #### Motivated to: • Ensure individual and group educational support on a daily basis. • Design, plan, and lead activities that promote autonomy, socialization, and well-being. • Develop and lead educational and socio-cultural projects in connection with the team • Observe, evaluate, and document the evolution of beneficiaries; participate in conferences and assessments. • Collaborate with families, legal representatives, and the network (therapists, partners). • Guarantee a secure, stimulating, and respectful framework for professional practices. The Profile #### • Diploma of social educator ES or HES (or equivalent title). • Confirmed experience in the field of intellectual disability (in a day center or related structure). • Mastery of the implementation of structured activities and project management. • Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit. • Autonomy, creativity, and a benevolent posture, focused on the resources of the beneficiaries. • Writing skills for reports and transmissions.
