You possess sound knowledge of modern cybersecurity technologies and security solutions such as EDR, XDR, and DLP, as well as experience in the areas of network security, firewall technologies, endpoint security, and vulnerability management. Ideally, you already have touchpoints with regulatory requirements in the financial environment and understand how technical security measures are implemented in a regulated environment. You think analytically, act pragmatically, and want to actively further develop the security architecture of Bank Frick AG. Your tasks • Administration, operation, and further development of network security solutions, especially firewall and Web Application Firewall (WAF) • Implementation, administration, and hardening of central security solutions, especially Microsoft Purview (DLP), Defender, and Microsoft 365 components • Vulnerability management including performing vulnerability analyses and penetration tests as well as tracking and implementation of mitigation measures • Active participation in the continuous further development of security services through evaluation of current technology trends and the implementation of forward-looking approaches • Collaboration on varied security projects with a focus on continuous expansion of expertise and taking on challenging tasks • Close cooperation with IT Operations, System Engineering, and Risk Management to ensure a holistic security approach • Support with risk and due diligence assessments • Collaboration in the definition and implementation of technical security controls and hardening guidelines Your profile • Completed education in computer science and/or comparable qualification with a focus on IT security • Several years of experience (including project management experience) in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure with sound knowledge in network security, firewalls, web application security • In-depth practice with Microsoft security technologies such as Defender XDR, Sentinel, Intune, and Purview • Know-how in DLP, EDR, IAM, and cloud security solutions • Enthusiasm and initiative to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas and lead projects to success. • Advantageous: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and frameworks such as ISO 27001, DORA, EBA-Guidelines • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as experience in problem analysis and initiation of suitable measures • Very good German and English skills (level C1/C2) You are offered: • An exciting task in a modern security environment • Short decision-making paths • Modern workplaces • Progressive working conditions • The opportunity to actively help shape security topics • Collaboration with experienced specialists in various IT disciplines • Continuous professional development
