Polymechanic with Automation Technology and Process Development

Activity + Further develop and optimize processes on the new 5-axis profile grinding machine + Create and adapt grinding programs at the CAM workstation + Independently process grinding orders and operate the 6-axis articulated robot arm + Carry out quality controls and ensure production standards + Perform maintenance and repair work on the grinding system • Requirements + Completed training as a poly mechanic, production mechanic or equivalent + Experience in grinding as well as in machining production + Technical understanding combined with interest in modern automation technology + Precise, structured and quality-oriented way of working + Independent, team-capable and open to new things • Offer + Exciting field of activity with a lot of design freedom + Opportunity to actively develop new production processes + Flexible working hours without shift work in the annual working hours model
